The 2014 U.S. National Championship hosted some of the finest Elite gymnasts in the country. Junior Women's Artistic Gymnast, Megan Skaggs of Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta in Kennesaw, GA, was among them and was stunning in her audaciously elegant GK long sleeve competitive leotard.
Skaggs' passion for the sport of gymnastics came from an unusual source. When she was three years old she saw Cirque du Soleil perform for the first time and was hooked ever since. Their acrobatic routines started a love for gymnastics inside of her that has brought her to the National Championship level 12 years later. As she continues to challenge herself by mastering new skills and perfecting old ones under the coaching of Irina Podgornaya and Jacobo Giron, it won't be long until we see this Elite athlete competing at an international event.
