Recently, a former Elite Sportswear contracted model, tweeted violent and racist remarks regarding the Baltimore, Maryland riots. These comments, which have since been removed, were captured via screen shot and circulated throughout Twitter and Facebook.
We find the statements made to be extremely offensive. Models are not Elite Sportswear employees. Any views or opinions expressed by any Elite Sportswear models, either via social media or in person, are those of the model themselves and do not represent the views or opinions of Elite Sportswear and its employees.
